York Eyes Kayak and SUP Dock at Goodrich Park on the York River

This will add one more put-in along the 13 mile river, bringing the total number of easy to access launch points to four (Scotland Bridge, Rt 1 Bridge, Strawberry Island, and now Goodrich Park). All of which we regularly deliver to as part of our all inclusive kayak and SUP rental packages.

York's Select board voted Dec. 9 to approve $75,000 for designs and permitting for the new dock, which would not be for motorized watercraft. The board voted to hire the firm GEI Consultants to work on the designs. …”
