We recommend making an appointment to visit our shop to ensure our undivided attention is yours. Feel free to text if easiest! We are often offsite for deliveries, demos, lessons, or events and therefore are unable to be at the shop all hours of each day.

Our Returns + Exchanges policy is generous, if not reasonable. Although we are a small business with limited resources, we try to outshine the corporate retailers when it comes to your upfront and ongoing satisfaction. Check it out!

Online orders typically process within 1 business day and ship via UPS, USPS, or by our own White Glove Courier system, unless in-store pick up is chosen. Most in-store pick ups are processed within 2 hours. Complex orders may require up to 4 hours.
