We recommend scheduling an appointment to visit our shop to ensure our undivided attention is yours. It is as easy as calling, texting, or emailing us with your desired date and approximate arrival time. We do spend a lot of time in the field servicing demo, rental, and delivering orders.

Online orders typically process within 1 business day and ship via UPS, USPS, or by White Glove Courier system, unless you choose to pick up in-store. Most in-store pick ups are processed within 2 hours. Larger orders involving kitting and/or installation will require more time.

Our Returns + Refunds policy is pretty reasonable, if not generous. Although we are a small locally owned business with limited resources, we will always outshine the big box retailers when it comes to your upfront and ongoing satisfaction. Check it out!
